I acknowledge that using rental equipment involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, and other hazards. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the rented equipment.

In consideration of being permitted to rent and use the equipment, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the company, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me.
